Treida's Building.

Treida's building is located north-west in the city. It's a old-world skyscraper which is surprisingly well intact, the first floor is extremely well protected as Treida is afraid that the "rebels" will sneak their way in. On the second floor is the armory, which is stocked with weapons, guns, ammo, explosives, you name it. The third floor is where Treida stores all his supplies, food, water, tools, things like that. On the fourth floor is Treida's command center where he and his most trusted people made strategies on how to defeat Zaila and her army. On the fifth floor is Treida's home. Above the fifth floor are two more levels that are to much of a disaster to even think of putting anything there and above those two levels were 20 other levels that collapsed because of the bombs almost 1000 years ago.
